HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR AN ONLINE ORDER?

The waist measurement (the narrowest point) is usually the most important, as many dresses have a lacing or open back, which allows for adjustment of the fit of the top. In party and dance dresses, the hips are below the hem, so the hip measurement does not affect the size selection. On the other hand, in wedding and evening dresses, the hip measurement also matters in tight-fitting models.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to rent dresses from Zazabella’s online store at this time. We recommend contacting the nearest store to inquire about rental options for bridal or prom dresses. Please note that Zazabella does not rent out short dresses or evening dresses.

Unfortunately, Zazabella does not currently buy used dresses.

The online store always has hundreds of dresses available for quick delivery. WHAT IS DAZZLING BRAND?
Dazzling is Zazabella's own collection.
The Dazzling collection has been developed by following current trends and listening to our customers' wishes.
If necessary, we will design a suit from the Dazzling collection that looks just like you.
WHAT KINDS OF ALTERATIONS CAN BE MADE TO A DRESS FROM THE DAZZLING COLLECTION?
Typical changes include, for example, lacing instead of a zipper, changing the length of the train, adding/removing small sleeves and straps, changing the shape of the neckline. Two dress models can be combined by taking the top from one dress and the bottom from another.
DO YOU BUY USED DRESSES?
Unfortunately, Zazabella does not currently buy used dresses.

Our selection is definitely the widest in Finland. Our goal is to offer every customer a outfit that suits their body type and budget. Our stone-paved stores of various sizes have thousands of dresses. Our main store in Kaarina always has a few thousand bridal and dresses in different price ranges.

Our stores offer a wide range of sizes for all dresses. Sizes range from 30-60 and it is also possible to order other sizes from the Dazzling collection outside the standard size chart.
CAN I GET THE DRESS RIGHT AWAY?
Most short dresses are immediately available to customers, as the same party dress model is often available in several different pieces in the store.
Wedding and prom dresses have a narrower stock of different sizes, in order to offer the widest possible selection of different models. For this reason, most wedding and prom dresses are ordered for customers. If your special day is coming up soon and the piece in the store is right for you, you will of course receive the dress you have tried on immediately.
WHY IS IT NECESSARY TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT FOR A FITTING?
We always recommend booking a fitting appointment at a store to ensure the best experience. By booking an appointment, you ensure that you receive personal service and that the salesperson has time to help you find the right dress. Booking an appointment is mandatory for wedding dress fitting. Booking an appointment is not mandatory for other formal dresses fitting, but is recommended. It is especially good to prepare for wedding dress fitting with neutral underwear and clean, light makeup; this way you can create a little party atmosphere during the fitting.
WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO BUY A WEDDING DRESS?
We recommend going wedding dress shopping at least 8 months before your wedding day. This way we can ensure that all brands have time to be ordered, and that you don't miss out on your dream dress due to a tight schedule. Order times for designer dresses are around 3-6 months. Wedding dresses from our own Dazzling brand arrive faster.
You can also buy Zazabella wedding dresses and take them with you immediately if the store has a dress that suits you. In addition to the delivery time, it is a good idea to allow 1-3 months for possible alterations, depending on the season.

IS A PETTICOAT INCLUDED IN THE DRESS PRICE?
Petticoats or other accessories are not included in the price of the costume.
IS ALTERATION TAILORING INCLUDED IN THE DRESS PRICE?
Wedding and formal dresses often require alterations to fit perfectly, as every body is unique. Repairs to dresses are not included in the price of the dress, but are charged separately according to the repair price list and on a case-by-case basis.
CAN I STORE MY DRESS WITH YOU?
We can store your dress for a storage fee.
CAN I RENT A WEDDING DRESS OR A prom dress from you?
Yes, some of our stores rent wedding and prom dresses from our own collection Dazzling. Evening and formal dresses are not available for rental.
WHICH STORE HAS THE LARGEST SELECTION OF AFFORDABLE DRESSES?
All of our stores have dresses at special prices that change depending on the season, but in our Espoo outlet you will find a particularly wide selection of discounted dresses all year round.
